![]() “Euphoria is one of those that we had begun writing in tandem with post-production on Idol but at this point, we don’t have countless scripts,” HBO’s head of drama, Francesca Orsi, explained in a “State of the HBO Drama” interview, per Deadline. Why? Well, HBO says Sam Levinson’s pulpy teen drama won’t be back for another two years at least. But he continued yelling for Ash to stop shooting and come out, so he was at least OK enough to do that, and he smartly remained on the ground for all of this.Īt the end of the episode, we see him being taken away-hurt, but still alive. It’s starting to feel like we’ll never find out if Zendaya will face any consequences for losing that suitcase of drugs in the last season of Euphoria. While the Euphoria Season 2 finale continued the drama that happened literally in Lexi's play, on the stage of Lexi's play (with full out Maddy vs Cassie mayhem finally breaking out), and inspired by Lexi's play (Nate turning Cal in to the police), it was still what was happening to the guy who was missing Lexi's play that was the most compelling.
